Thanks to the iPhone too, VaYou offers an innovative way to calm your thoughts effectively by realtime analog biofeedback, to relax deeply and to increase your mental effectiveness. V 2.5.2 Improvements under the hood. General changes in V 2.5: After each VaYou session you can see some of your biosignals. We have improved the values displayed with the breath rate curve. Above the curve the median breath rate is displayed whereas in the curve the low and high quartile values. Your personal median breath rate is suitable as a starting point for VaYou’s PACING mode. And you will probably find that the different Sound~Flows "invite" you to slightly different breathing patterns and effects on the mind. Experiment with this and if you like, discuss your experiences with us.
